Hello

I’ve spent most of my career in the NHS, working alongside incredibly skilled and compassionate colleagues and supporting the communities I care deeply about. Over time, I realised I wanted to create a more balanced life, one that allows me to be present with my young family while also offering the kind of focused, personalised therapy that truly helps people change their lives.
Stepping more fully into independent practice means I can devote my energy to the work I love most: helping people understand themselves with compassion, untangle long‑standing patterns, and move forward with confidence. It also gives me the space to continue developing my clinical skills so I can offer the most effective, evidence‑based support to every person I work with.

My Story

I’m someone who understands overwhelm not just from years of clinical experience, but from lived experience too. I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and I’m navigating the realities of parenting while trying to show up fully in my work and my life. I know what it’s like to juggle a busy mind, big emotions, and the pressure to keep going. These experiences shape the way I work, that is with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
